Titled “Surya Wires — Ab Roshni ke saath, Suraksha bhi,” the campaign is anchored by a heartfelt film that follows a brother and sister bond. After a stormy night leaves his younger sister frightened in the dark, her brother quietly installs a switch-controlled light by her bed — and the next morning, brings in an electrician to fit a proper bedside lamp using Surya Housing Wires. Some time later, the sister notices a leftover piece of that same wire and weaves it into a handmade rakhi. When her mother asks why, she says simply: “Jaise bhaiya meri suraksha karte hain, waise hi Surya wires hamare ghar ki raksha karte hain.” The film closes on the line: “Surya Housing Wires — Ab Roshni ke saath, Suraksha bhi” (light, along with safety).
