The Body Shop expands retail network with Activist Workshop Store in Hubli

Hubli, September 18, 2025: The Body Shop, the British-born ethical beauty brand, has opened its reimagined Workshop Store in Inorbit Mall, Hubli. This new location marks a significant step in the brand’s retail expansion into Tier 2 markets.

The new store offers an interactive retail experience, designed to reflect the brand’s roots in actionism and its commitment to sustainable beauty. Customers can explore The Body Shop’s full range of Skincare, Bodycare, Haircare, and Fragrances, while learning about initiatives like recycling programs and Community Fair Trade products.

To mark the launch, the Hubli Workshop Store features a specially commissioned mural that celebrates the city’s weaving heritage. The artwork pays tribute to women artisans who craft Hubli’s iconic sarees, known for their bold weft and vibrant colors. This local connection highlights The Body Shop’s ethos of empowering communities and preserving artisanal traditions.

As the festive season approaches, the newly launched Marigold range adds a touch of celebration to the Hubli store. This special edition from The Body Shop’s The India Edit collection draws inspiration from the cultural vibrancy of the marigold flower. The collection, which includes a Shower Gel, Body Lotion, and Body Mist, is designed to bring joy to daily self-care routines with its warm, sweet, and earthy fragrance.
