Badruka School of Management Marks Milestone with Its First Convocation Ceremony 2026 in Hyderabad[KB1]
Hyderabad, 18th April 2026: Badruka School of Management (BSM) successfully hosted its first-ever Convocation Ceremony 2026 on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at FTCCI, Red Hills, Lakdikapul, Hyderabad, celebrating the achievements and academic journey of its graduating class.
The ceremony marked a significant milestone for students as they transitioned from academic life to professional careers. The event brought together faculty, leadership, families, and distinguished guests to honour the accomplishments of the graduating cohort.
Commenting on the occasion, Dr. S. Arunachalam, Dean, Badruka School of Management, said, “Convocation is not just a celebration of academic achievement, but a moment of transition where our students step forward as responsible professionals. This first convocation is especially meaningful for us, as it marks the culmination of our inaugural batch’s journey and the beginning of their contributions to the professional world. Adding prominence to the occasion, Mrs. Manisha Saboo, Head – Infosys Foundation, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest. She is known for her impactful leadership across both corporate and social sectors. Currently leading one of India’s largest CSR initiatives at Infosys Foundation, she has also held key leadership roles at Infosys, including overseeing a $300 million global portfolio and transforming the Hyderabad campus into one of the largest IT hubs in the country.
Addressing the graduating students, Mrs. Manisha Saboo said, “Convocation marks both an end and a beginning – a moment to reflect on your journey and look ahead with purpose. As you step into the professional world, it is important to stay grounded in values while continuously learning and adapting. I congratulate the inaugural batch of BSM and wish them success as they go on to create meaningful impact in their careers.”
Addressing the event, Sri Srikishan Badruka, Hon. It also served as a moment of pride for the institution, recognizing the hard work, resilience, and achievements of its students.”
The convocation also recognized outstanding academic and all-round achievements among students. The Dean’s Merit List included Akshay Jaini (3.86), Pothala Monica (3.81), Janga Bhavana (3.76), and Ashish Taparia (3.75). The prestigious BSM All-Rounder Excellence Award was conferred upon Anjali Valage for her exceptional overall performance.
The event provided an opportunity for the BSM community to come together and celebrate this important academic milestone, while reinforcing the institute’s vision of shaping responsible and impactful business leaders.[KB3]
